Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this challenging new role will assume responsibility for managing the planning and implementation of a sales and business development strategy that will maintain and grow sales in target markets. The successful candidate will have a 3rd level education in a relevant discipline with sales/marketing as a component, be a results focused individual with strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and a have a good understanding of marketing principles and their application in business. Excellent analytical, organisational, decision making and problem solving skills and good computer skills are mandatory. Candidates should be resourceful in meeting set objectives through strategic thinking. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and practices, experience in the service sector and a minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales and marketing experience would be preferred.
